Janna Moore, MPA

Janna Moore, MPA
Janna received her BA in Administration of Justice from Portland State University and earned her Master’s Degree in Public Administration from California State University, Long Beach. Janna has 37 years experience working in non-profit. In 1998 Janna’s daughter was diagnosed with epilepsy and her entire worlds shifted as did her career focus. Her work in the community earned her the “Women who Make a Difference in Orange County” Award in 2005. In June of the same year, she was awarded the “Professional Achievement” award from the Regional Center of Orange County for her service to people with disabilities.Janna is a co-founder of ESNOC, served on the board and as the Director of Programs before accepting the position of Executive Director. Janna’s vision is to educate our entire community about epilepsy while changing hearts and minds to effect positive, sustainable and equitable advances for individuals braving epilepsy.
When Janna is not at the office, she can be found with her family and enjoying her succulent garden.

Larissa Moffat, MPH, CHES

Larissa Moffat, MPH, CHES
Larissa holds a Master of Public Health from National University, San Diego, is a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES), and earned her Bachelor of Science in Public Health from the Indiana University School of Public Health–Bloomington. She has a strong passion for serving those in need and brings experience in both public health and nonprofit settings. Larissa has interned with the Orange County Health Care Agency and has served in volunteer coordination roles, building a strong foundation in community outreach and program support. She is motivated to increase epilepsy awareness and empower the community through Seizure Recognition and First Aid (SRFA) training.

Teen and Young Adult Coordinator
Kathy Tran, BS
Kathy has a Bachelor of Science in Health Science, Community Health Education from California State University, Long Beach and is a young professional who is passionate about supporting teens and young adults impacted by epilepsy. Kathy enjoys serving as the Teen and Young Adult Coordinator and loves working closely with teens and young adults to help them build friendships, confidence, and lasting connections.
When Kathy isn’t facilitating Teen Club and the Young Adult Transition Group, you can find her listening to a podcast while needlepointing.
Julia Campos

Julia Campos
Julia is completing her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at California State University, Long Beach and will begin her master’s program in Clinical Psychology this fall. She is a dedicated professional who is passionate about supporting children and families impacted by epilepsy and special needs. As the Administrative and Children’s Program Coordinator, Julia enjoys creating inclusive, engaging programs where children can build confidence, friendships, and meaningful connections in a supportive and empowering environment.
When Julia isn’t coordinating programs and supporting families, you can find her thrifting, enjoying coffee with a friend, or helping at her church.
