Janna Moore, MPA

Janna Moore, MPA
Janna received her BA in Administration of Justice from Portland State University and earned her Master’s Degree in Public Administration from California State University, Long Beach. Janna has 37 years experience working in non-profit. In 1998 Janna’s daughter was diagnosed with epilepsy and her entire worlds shifted as did her career focus. Her work in the community earned her the “Women who Make a Difference in Orange County” Award in 2005. In June of the same year, she was awarded the “Professional Achievement” award from the Regional Center of Orange County for her service to people with disabilities.Janna is a co-founder of ESNOC, served on the board and as the Director of Programs before accepting the position of Executive Director. Janna’s vision is to educate our entire community about epilepsy while changing hearts and minds to effect positive, sustainable and equitable advances for individuals braving epilepsy.
When Janna is not at the office, she can be found with her family and enjoying her succulent garden.

Rachel Etesami, BA
Director of Programs
Rachel Etesami, BA
Rachel has a bachelors in psychology from California State University, Fullerton and a passion for serving people, especially people with cognitive disabilities and their families. She started her non-profit journey at the YMCA of OC as a swim instructor and later the Aquatic Coordinator. Next, she worked at Mt. San Antonio College helping manage a program called Puzzle Project for students at the college on the autism spectrum teaching social skills to help bridge the gap and increase independence in the college setting. She is able to utilize her coordinating skills and her passion for service at Epilepsy Support Network of Orange County coordinating the 30 programs and services the organization offers. She loves advocating for epilepsy in the community though Seizure Recognition and First Aid (SRFA) trainings.
When she isn’t at the office or at a SRFA training, she liked to spend time with her husband Patrick, preferably in the wilderness somewhere.
Chantel Rothenburger, BA, CCLS
Chantel Rotherburger, BA, CCLS
Chantel received her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Development with a Minor in Sociology from California State University, Long Beach in 2015 and most recently received her certification as a Child Life Specialist from the ACLP. Since 2016, Chantel has held a variety of positions at ESNOC, working from Childcare Coordinator and Administrative Assistant to currently our Sibshop Coordinator and Accounting Specialist. Chantel has been dedicated in taking on any tasks, including previous lead presenter in our Seizure Recognition and First Aid trainings, past coordination of outreach events and developing fundraising opportunities. She has a passion for nonprofit work and supporting individuals through their medical treatments/journeys.
When Chantel isn’t coordinating Sibshop or working on accounting you can find her baking and watching her favorite Disney movies.
Tania Pantoja Gash, BS

Tania Pantoja Gash, BS
As Bilingual Program Specialist at ESNOC, Tania Pantoja Gash has over 12 years experience in local and community settings of Public Health. She graduated from California State University Fullerton with her Bachelor’s degree in Sociology while minoring in Public Health. However, her academic career has been embedded in a rich practice-based experience. She has worked in communities since her adolescence as a youth community health worker helping transform her own community, training, mentoring and inspiring other youth. She has experience in areas of community health program planning and coordination, fund raising and health education. She has native fluency in English and Spanish and is passionate to help Spanish speaking families obtain the much needed services they need.
When not connecting families to services, Tania is spending time with her cat and her husband.

Taylor Culley, MS
Teen Club Coordinator
Taylor Culley, MS
ESNOC’s Teen and Young Adult Coordinator Taylor Culley is a young professional who is passionate about working with children. With a background in both general and special education Taylor enjoys taking on the roll of Teen and Young Adult Coordinator because it allows her to use her skills outside of a classroom setting and in a social skills setting. Taylor loves working with her teens and helping them to create new friendships, memories and opportunities for social growth. Taylor recently completed her Master’s of Science in Child Life as well as completed a 600 hour internship working with hospitalized children and their families.
When Taylor isn’t facilitating Teen Club and the Young Adult Transition Group you can find her at the hanging out by the pool with her friends and family!
Erin Tukua, BA
Children’s Program Coordinator
Erin Tukua, BA
Erin is a graduate of Concordia University, Irvine. She received her Child Life Certificate from University of California, Santa Barbara. Her passion in life is helping children impacted by medical diagnoses. She loves working with children in Friday Friends Club to help build new friendships and social skills. She has volunteered at CHOC Children’s, UCI Health and Miller Children’s and Women’s Hospital Long Beach over the past two years, logging over 500 hours. This fall she will be completing her Child Life Internship.
When Erin isn’t facilitating Friday Friends Club, you can find her on the baseball field cheering on her three sons, or rooting for the Los Angeles Dodgers!
